If Pentian Construction can be brought down to one quality, it is that their work is high-end. One of Pentian’s three associates, Tony Amato, insists that his company’s work puts great focus on the quality of their custom homes. “We offer exclusive homes and people can often select their layout. We provide high-end custom floors, paint, counters, moldings,” says Amato.
Pentian Construction’s current condo development project in Pierrefonds is one that they are especially proud of. “These are high-end condos that are single-family homes. They range from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet, so you get the feeling you are living in a full size home,” explains Amato.The development offers underground parking that leads directly to a private condo, 9-foot ceilings, spa-type baths and large windows that provide for great lighting.
The Pierrefonds condos are located at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes the surroundings very quiet. And condo fees are also at a bare minimum is no common space to maintain. “We are happy with the Pierrefonds project. It offers headache-free living. Here a condo is not just a condo. This project stands out from our other ones,” adds Amato.
Pentian Construction also has notable house and condo projects in Chomedey and Ste. Dorothée in Laval, and in downtown Montreal. One of their downtown projects is located at the corner of Ste. Catherine St. and Parthenais. “It is right across from La Ronde. It is a six-storey building that offers a rooftop terrace which lets you see the La Ronde fireworks,” says Amato.
Since its creation in 1997, Pentian Construction has built close to 700 homes. And they make sure a very Zen living experience is at the core of it all. “We started off as custom builders and we have now brought that concept to condos,” says Amato. “We’re selling quality and style of living.”
